We are among those without electricity this week. Well, at least without shore power. Thanks to our RVing readiness, heat, lights, cooking, and refrigeration aren't a problem. With propane appliances, batteries and a solar system, and a generator, we're pretty well situated, even with daily temps in the teens. It's official and I'm bragging. Watkins is giving us an all-expenses-paid trip to Cancun! It's a luxury vacation at an all-inclusive resort. They pay for airfare, the resort stay, entertainment, food, beverages, tips -- the whole thing. Most of you know that we are Independent Watkins Associates. It's work that we can do anywhere our travels take us. We did well enough with it in 2011 that we earned the trip. We've been on Watkins trips before (Puerto Vallarta, Cozumel and Belize) and they are first-rate. If you'd seriously like to take such a free trip, let me know. Let's get you started and make it happen for next year. The link below goes to my Watkins info website. You are also welcome to email me with your questions. Questions about how we could afford to travel have always been the number one thing people ask us about regarding full-time RVing. The second most popular question is about how full-timers get mail. I still recommend The UPS Store in Rapid City, SD. However, I've had recent inquiries about Florida mail processers, so we have info on the website about some options there, too. ~ The Mail Service I Recommend in SD ~ Florida Mail Service Options Wherever you are in your travels, we wish you joy and prosperity, Coleen = = = = = RVing News Bit RV Driving School Changes Ownership Dick's Reed RV Driving School, LLC, owned by Dennis Hill, is being sold to full-time RVers George and Valerie Mayleben.
