Recreational Vehicle History: Camping Memorabilia, RV Heritage Museum, Etc.

Recreational vehicle history goes back to the days of covered wagons. But, American RV historians say modern RV history begins in 1910. Much RVing history is archived and preserved by the RV/MH Heritage Museum in Elkhart, Indiana. The popularity of RV camping memorabilia shows people not only enjoy RVing today, but have fond memories of camping in days gone by.

RV History: It's Centennial Time for the Recreational Vehicle Industry RV history from 1910-2010 as the recreational vehicle industry celebrates its 100th anniversary. These 100 years are considered "modern RV industry" with camping trailers and motorized RVs.
