by Libby
(Baytown ,Tx.)

Do you have to have a title for a a 35 ft. RV in the state of Texas? A woman that has one for sale said we didn't have to have one.

Travel Trailer Titles in TX
by: Coleen, the RVing editor

According to the Jefferson County, Texas, website, all travel trailers and camping trailers are required to be titled in Texas. I found that on http://www.co.jefferson.tx.us/taxoffice/MVFAQ.htm.

That page came up when I Googled for the information. Although that is a county page, I think the information is valid for all of Texas.

That page of the website has a lot of information about the title, registration, and license requirements of vehicles in Texas, including boats, ATVs, UTVs, trailers, etc. It also has TX drivers license information. Additionally, it has links to details and related resources.
