Where In the World Are Coleen and Bob?
(And Just What Are They Doing?)

Only two and a half more weeks until Christmas! No matter where our travels take us, we always enjoy driving around to see the colorful Christmas lights and decorations. Each community celebrates the holidays a bit differently, and that, I think, is part of the fun.

We'd love to hear how you celebrate Christmas -- or your winter holiday of choice. Easiest way to share is by using the website form. That page will also have the stories that other RVers share, too.

Share your RVing holiday stories and traditions.

Wherever you are in your travels, we wish you joy and prosperity,

Above, I asked you to share how you decorate and celebrate the holidays. In this article, I share what Bob and I do to make our RV home Christmas-y.

Living in a small RV, where not only space, but also weight, is a major consideration, can create some gift receiving headaches. We've found it best to give ample ideas to those who we know will give us something. If you just can't think of anything you'd like, this list may give you some ideas. And, if you have friends and family who will give you gifts, give them the link to this article. Gifts for RVers: What to Give Full-time RVers for Christmas, Birthdays, Etc.

RV Life and Travel Tip

If you like flavored coffees and teas, use a couple drops of extract instead of the specialty beverage syrups. Extract bottles are small and take up very little space in your RV cupboard.

Full-time RVing Tip

Turn your RV refrigerator into a message center and photo display. Replace the standard door panels with sheets of thin cork from regular bulletin boards. You can then use push-pins to post photos, notes, reminder lists, etc.
