Happy Thanksgiving RVing Friends

I'm a big advocate of keeping a daily journal. Mine serves as a travel log. It is also a tax diary, documenting our work activities. It is fun to look through them years later, a reminder of where we were when and what we were doing there. It has settled a few "discussions," where we've had conflicting memories. It's a great resource when we want to know the exact name of a campground we stayed at 18 years ago.
This year, I'm keeping a second journal. A gratitude journal. Every evening, I write down three things for which I am grateful. I'm trying not to duplicate any listing. That means I regularly need to skim through previous entries to see if I've already "used" a particular thing. What a positive way to end the day!
A pattern has developed. When I'm tired or rushed, I list material things. When I take time to think about it, my entries tend to be experiences, events, circumstances, and people. It makes it astutely clear that I have a passion for travel.
You, our RVing friends and family, are among the entries of people for whom I am thankful. I am grateful for you and for the connections we share.
Bob and I hope that you, too, have much to be thankful for this year.
P.S. To those of you who have been asking for photos...here you go.
