Restaurants in North Dakota. Dining in ND might include knoephla soup, fleischkuekle, bison steak, and kuchen. However, pad thai, tikka masala, carne asada tacos, and pho may be on the menu, as well. There’s much diversity in this Midwest state when it comes to eating.

Restaurants in North Dakota

Here we share about some of the eateries where we've eaten at in North Dakota.

Himalayan Yak
1450 25th St S #28
Fargo, ND 58103
Phone: (701) 478-0011

The Himalayan Yak is one of our favorite places to go for Indian and Nepali food in Fargo. We enjoy the variety of the lunch buffet. The spicy pickled condiments kick the flavor profiles up a notch! For dinner, I rave about the shrimp curry, but everything we’ve had at the Himalayan Yak has been delicious. Service has always been above average, and prices are reasonable. To top it all off, the restaurant is located in a strip mall, so there’s plenty of RV parking! (It’s the same mall as Leela Thai Cusine.)

Leela Thai Cuisine
1450 25th St S
Fargo, ND 58103
Phone: (701) 235-5795

Family took us to Leela Thai Cuisine when we visited them in Fargo. It was one of the best choices! Bob and I had just gotten into town, having spent the day at airports and on tiring flights. We weren’t looking forward to a busy dinner out socializing. But the food and service at Leela Thai Cuisine was so good that we enjoyed dinner immensely. The restaurant shares the parking lot with the Himalayan Yak. RV parking is good!

Taco John's
318 10th St N
Fargo, ND 58102
Phone: (701) 232-9500

Taco John’s is our favorite fast food restaurant. We were back in North Dakota visiting family. Between visits with Bob’s mother and with my mother, we managed a quick stop for Taco Bravos and Potato Oles. Ah, they were as good as we remembered! As for RV parking, we could park our small motorhome okay.
